Pacesetters: The Youth Ministries of SCC go by the name of Pacesetters to express the reality that to live successfully in the world today youth need to set the pace not follow along with what everyone else is doing. Going against the flow is not easy during the teen years, it is during this time that some of the greatest social pressures are brought to bear on an individual. Pacesetters Youth Ministries desires to come along side youth as they travel this rough period in life and help them make healthy, faith reinforcing life decisions.

Angela Woods has stepped in to provide leadership for Pacesetters Youth Ministries. Angela brings to the ministry a passion for seeing youth establish a deeper knowledge of what means to live out the Christian faith in the 21st century. She also has a strong creative and artistic side with which she is able to explore exciting new ways to help our Youth discover the richness of a deep faith in Christ.

History Maker

History Maker is the largest annual Youth Gathering in the Province. The purpose of the gathering to bring together like minded youth to encounter God through heartfelt worship, relevant faith building messages and quality fellowship. Oh ya in an environment that just plain Rocks.

Spark

What happens to those who are to old for the Children's programs and not quite ready for History Maker (like anyone is ever ready for HM), you try to keep the SPARK of faith alive. Spark is a 2 day conference that is entirely designed around the needs of preteens in a fun and safe environment.
